How To Practice Heart Coherence
You don’t need hours. You need presence.
Here’s a simple practice to begin:
1. Place your hands on your heart.
Bring your attention there—away from the noise of the mind.
2. Breathe slowly and deeply.
Inhale for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds. Let your breath soften your body.
3. Call in an elevated emotion.
Gratitude. Appreciation. Love. Peace.
Feel it fully. Let it rise in your chest like a sunrise.
4. Stay here for 3–5 minutes.
Notice how your body begins to regulate.
This is coherence. This is healing.
You can do this daily—first thing in the morning, before a big decision, or whenever you feel off-centre.
