Nina is a qualified breathwork and meditation facilitator, offering a unique approach that invites openness and authenticity.

Coming from a background in design, the shift towards healing modalities has been a natural progression, one of greater alignment with her purpose.

Stemming from her own practice, she has merged a few styles to effectively enhance connection to self while encouraging a deep release.

Her sessions are considered and are thoughtfully composed of breathwork patterns to open, shift and release. Incorporating carefully curated playlists and the use of binaural beats to complete the sessions, an elevated experience is often achieved.

Driven by her passion to support others on their path to self-discovery, Nina is dedicated to empowering individuals to navigate their inner landscapes with grace, cultivating inner peace and equipping them with invaluable tools for self-soothing and personal transformation.

Breathwork is an intensely physical and emotional journey—one that can stir powerful sensations, vivid visions, and the release of deeply held memories. Through intentional breathing, participants may encounter moments of intensity, but within those moments lie profound opportunities for growth and healing.

As a facilitator, my priority is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and nurturing. I encourage clients to embrace whatever arises—whether it’s joy, sorrow, or anything in between. Breathwork quiets the thinking mind by calming the prefrontal cortex, offering a rare sense of stillness and spaciousness that so many of us crave.

Every session is unique, shaped by the state of mind, diet, interactions, and emotions each person brings into the space. Our bodies are reservoirs of past experiences, and through the rhythm of the breath, we unlock and release what no longer serves us. It is a beautifully raw and transformative process, peeling back layers to create more room for presence, happiness, and clarity.

Breathwork has been life-changing for me. For years, I lived in a constant state of stress and dysregulation, feeling disconnected from my body and inner peace. But the moment I discovered breathwork, everything began to shift. I reconnected with my body, rediscovered positivity, and transformed the way I experienced life. As I became more grounded and present, the stress and anxiety that was in my life, began to dissolve.

In our demanding modern world, it’s easy to lose touch with that inner peace, but our breath can guide us back. This is the gift I want to share: to help others come back to their bodies, return to their breath, and embrace their fullest, most vibrant selves.
